Third Edge is a 2018 red roan stallion by Metallic Rebel and out of Lil Rattler, a producer of more than $1.6 million. An NCHA Horse of the Year and Hall of Fame inductee, he earned $342,528 in the show pen under Wesley Galyean. Known for his consistency, grit, and signature eye appeal, Third Edge became one of the sport’s most reliable and celebrated athletes, standing out as a performer who always delivered when it mattered.
Standing 14.2 hands and 7-panel N/N, Third Edge combines balance, bone, and athleticism with a commanding presence. His structure—good-necked, deep-walking, and correct—paired with his keen intelligence and trainability, makes him the picture of a performance horse stallion.
Sired by NCHA Open Futurity Champion Dual Reyish, LBR Hangem is out of Hangem High Pep, the dam to $752,664 in earners. She was sired by Hickorys Indian Pep and out of a $578,000 producing daughter of Freckles Playboy.
